Chelsea Olivia Wijaya was born in Jakarta, 29 July 1992. Chelsea began the public since star of Cincin sinetron with her role as Sasta. Sinetron that appear in RCTI with Ririn Dwi Arianty, Baim Wong, and Dude Herlino.

After in sinetron bid came to her. Chelsea had a opportunity to star a Pangeran Tergoda with Mischa Chandrawinata, younger brother of former Putri Indonesia, Nadine Chandrawinata.

Chelsea like the role of protagonis than antagonis role.

In addition to play sinetron, Chelsea also appeal to the world of sound with BBB (Bukan Bintang Biasa) of the young stars like: Laudya Chintya Bella, Raffi Achmad, Dimas Beck, Ayu Shita and under the guidance of singer and songwriter Melly Goeslaw.

Chelsea currently have a relationship with Glenn Alinskie, young actors who also play with it in sinetron BUku Harian Nayla. Previously, Chelsea love with a young actor Ricky Harun, Son of Donna Harun.
